Abstract: A questionnaire was used to establish an estimate of marine product and meat consumption by Tongatapu people. By analyzing 79 answers, it has been found that most of the people prefer marine products to meats except for young women in their teens and twenties.

Abstract: The culture of milkfish in Nauru started in the early years even before the mining of phosphate. Along the shoreline, milkfish fry were trapped during high tides in small enclosures and grown to eatable size ranging from 200g to 400g.
