Abstract: The marine resource inventory survey of the vanua o Jioma I qoliqoli was conducted in June 2005. One of the main aim of this research is to identify threats and drawing up a community based management plan which would facilitate better management, improve living standards and create alternative livelihoods such as ecotourism.
